Something looks stuck? Start with the symptom you can see. The usual culprit is the browser session, selected account, safety state, or a view hiding exactly what you need.

A scheduled message did not send

Check these in order:

Check the scheduled step

Open the conversation and confirm the step still exists, is due, and the schedule is not paused. A reply may have canceled it when Stop if person replies was enabled.

Check Chrome and the extension

Chrome must be running and the TalkToHumans extension must be enabled. The TalkToHumans tab can be in the background.

Check LinkedIn login

Open LinkedIn in the same Chrome profile. Confirm you are logged in and the active LinkedIn identity matches the account selected in TalkToHumans.

Check safety capacity

Look for a daily-cap, throttling, or blocked-action message. A due action waits when the safety policy cannot run it yet.

Refresh the connection

Reload TalkToHumans and LinkedIn once. Do not install a second copy of the extension.

Conversations or contacts are still syncing

Large LinkedIn accounts can take time because TalkToHumans loads data conservatively. Slow progress is not always a failed sync. → Keep Chrome open and LinkedIn logged in.
→ Check for a progress or safety banner.
→ Avoid repeatedly restarting the extension.
→ Let the current safe load finish before triggering more account-wide work. If no progress appears after a reasonable period, capture the visible error and the affected account before contacting support.

I archived a conversation and cannot find it

Open the Archived inbox. If it is missing from the sidebar:

Open inbox layout

Hover over Inboxes in the left sidebar and click the settings icon.

Find the hidden view

Locate Archived in the hidden group and move it back to visible inboxes.
Archiving does not delete the LinkedIn conversation.

A new inbox shows everything

A saved inbox without filters matches every eligible conversation. Press F, add at least one condition, and check the preview before adding more logic.

An AI or enrichment action is unavailable

Check: → Your current plan includes the feature.
→ The workspace has enough credits.
→ You are looking at an eligible person or company.
→ The provider returned data for that target.
→ A workspace permission is not restricting the action.

The wrong LinkedIn account is active

TalkToHumans blocks actions when the selected account and live LinkedIn profile do not match. Open LinkedIn in the correct Chrome profile, switch to the intended identity, then return to TalkToHumans. Do not try to force the blocked action through the mismatched session.

Audio or attachments do not work

Confirm Chrome has microphone permission for audio recording and that the extension is current. Reload the conversation after fixing permissions, then record a short test before sending a real note.
